Royal Fox would like to introduce our ‘beautifully simplistic pricing policy‘:
OPTION 1: Single Upfront Fee
Royal Fox can provide to our customers all of our cutting edge services, both electronic and traditional (excluding Virtual Tours) for a single, low upfront fee of £800 plus vat.
This will be a one-off payment and is all you will pay. This method of paying for your Estate Agency Services could save you thousands of pounds when compared to commission based services.
OPTION 2: Traditional Commission Based Fee
At Royal Fox we do understand in these difficult economic times that ‘up front’ fees will not suit all of our customers so a traditional method of payment is also available. The majority of Estate agents will charge the Industry standard of 1.5%. At Royal Fox, we will endeavour to be as competitive as possible and our highly competitive commission rates are as follows:
Property Value up to £250,000 1.2% plus vat
Property Value up to £500,000 1.1% plus vat
Property Value over £500,000 1.00% plus vat
(If paying upon completion of the sale, Royal Fox has a minimum fee of £895 plus vat)
Sale price £250,000
Standard commission fee
1.5% = £3750 plus vat
Vat £750
Total Commission £4500
