(A simple, single fixed fee regardless of rental achieved).

Administer the deposit bond into
Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) : £12 (incl VAT)

Inventory fee - unfurnished property : £90 (incl VAT)

Inventory fee - furnished property : £110 (incl VAT)

Check out fee - for both furnished/unfurnished : £60 (incl VAT)

Tenancy Renewal Fee : £99.00 (incl VAT)

Gas Safety Check (Compulsory) : Price On Asking

Electrical Safety Check (Recommended) : Price On Asking

Tenant Fees

Tenant credit /reference checks – Single Tenant : £150.00 (incl VAT)

Tenant credit /reference checks – Double Tenant : £175.00 (incl VAT)

(Note – tenant reference checks may be required again if a tenancy is renewed – depending upon individual Landlords requirements. A tenant’s circumstances can change dramatically, even over a 6 month period. If a tenant wishes to renew – and has consistently paid rent on time – some Landlords will waive the need for further credit reference checks).
